Quite often people find it surprising that I use a Chromebook for a lot of my day to day business. Now don't get me wrong I do own a Windows computer, it's just designated for a specific task like photo editing and video editing. I have personally adopted the car truck method when it comes to my computer needs. For those who may not be familiar with that concept. It's simply an approach to how to deal with computer processing power needs.

For example, I've noticed 80% of what I do on a day-to-day basis requires in a web browser. Hence, there's no real benefit of carrying around unnecessary processing power of my PC, when I can accomplish most of my computer needs on a lighter smaller device. My Acer C720 that I have owned for almost 2 years get's 8-10hrs of battery life and an awesome 4-5 day standby time and boots up in an amazing 7 secs. Look Chromebooks may not be for everyone, however, there are lot of people who don't need the complexity of a PC. If you don't require Microsoft office software for your day to day needs my friend you may be a prime candidate for a Chromebook.
