I had the opportunity to cover an Project Homeless Connect 2016.The goal of this event was to provide health check-ups, job search, legal services, free clothing, and haircuts for many of the underserved in our local Fairbanks community. In addition to providing these services, an accurate count of the  homeless or in people who are in need was taken order to better serve and address this issue.The event was hosted at the JP Jones Community Development Center and was an incredible success.
