At one time it was parked at gov. Hickel’s Fairbanks residence on the Chena river. Last I knew it belonged to Wade Gurtler, it was parked across the river on Byers island. For the past few years without incident. When the island went up for sale, it was moved to its current location. Last month someone set fire to the mobile home that sat above the deck on stilts. Not sure what will be done with it now. I’ve heard at one time it worked as a crew quarters on the Yukon river, and also served as a hunting camp. Source: r_nelson907
